The Yealink MVC II series is a bundle video solution for Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) that includes everything you need to interact, connect, and collaborate with internal and external users seamlessly and intelligently, covering every scenario from small to extra-large spaces.

According to the unique characteristics of the video conferencing room, a high-performance mini-PC is specially released. In the design of mini-PC, it takes into account both aesthetics and practicability, that fully integrating the cable management with itself to provide a flexible and reliable deployment solution for any meeting room. The MVC II series features the native Microsoft Teams-tailored user interface that is easy to be operated with close-to-zero learning curve, and you just walk into the meeting room and start your scheduled Teams or Skype for Business meeting with one-touch join. 

With easy-to-use devices including the UVC30 120° 4K camera, CP900 HD full duplex speakerphone, MTouch II, and MCore mini-PC, the Yealink MVC300 II video solution is a dedicated MTR system that meets the requirements of focus and small meeting rooms.

Native Microsoft Teams-tailored user interface offers a one-touch meeting join. Designed with the idea of multi-function all-in-one, the MTouch II touch panel allows you easily perform call control, camera control, content sharing and other functions. At the same time, MTouchⅡ has a built-in Human Motion Sensor that the conference system can be automatically waken up and you can immediately start the conference.

Auto-framing & smart noise proof technology

Even in small spaces, the MVC 300 II meeting screen displays a wide field of view perfectly. Auto-framing and a 120° wide-angle lens enables the UVC30 to recognize and frame all participants of the meeting in the most appropriate view. Thanks to the 4K resolution, all participants can enjoy a vivid Teams meeting experience. As for the audio, the CP900 speakerphone is coupled with 360-degree voice pick-up ability, HD audio quality and full-duplex technology to guarantee you a high-quality audio solution. Also, Yealink Noise Proof technology effectively eliminates background distractions and noises that you can enjoy a crystal-clear voice even in a noisy environment.

Content sharing in real time

In the Yealink MVC II room system, all participants have the flexibility of choosing either wireless or wired content sharing, enjoy freely talking creative ideas through the effective Teams meetings. All it takes is just plugging in the Yealink WPP20 and one click to share content wirelessly. You can also connect your laptop via the USB-C or HDMI port for easy content sharing.

With the VCH port, MCore is specially designed for the video meeting rooms that the deployment can be easily extended. The MCore cable management solution integrates data transmission and power supply cables into one CAT5e cable, connecting the TV area and the conference table area, which provides a straightforward solution to complicated cabling and reduces the deployment time.
