Terms and Conditions
Delivery of the goods:
Delivery time of the goods: I-V 08:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m.The In-Stock goods would be delivered within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the payment.You would receive the goods at the address specified by you within Lithuania. The goods would be delivered to you by a DPD courier.
The courier would give an advance notice of his/ her arrival by calling or sending you an SMS message specifying the planned delivery time to the telephone number given at the time of placing the order.Important: the goods may be collected only by the consignee of the parcel indicated at the time of placing the order. Please have a valid identification document (personal identity card, passport, or a driving licence) available at the time of collecting the goods.
Return of the goods:
Goods of inadequate quality must be replaced or returned in accordance with the “Rules for Return or Replacement of Items” approved by Order No. 217 of 29 June 2001 by the Minister of Economy.
1. You may return an item bought on e-shop at yealinkbaltic.com within 14 calendar days since delivery of the item.
2. Please e-mail us at pardavimai@distera.eu and let us know about your intention to return or replace an item with other goods.
3. An item being returned must not be used before.
4. Add the invoice or its copy and your bank account number for a refund to the item being returned.
5. We undertake to transfer the money to your bank account within 7 business days upon receipt of the item being returned.
